Student Login Instructions for CE6

Go to the new OCC online website (http://elearning.ocean.edu)

At the entry screen, go to Log In:

Your User Name is your firstname_lastname (ex: george_washington). They are all lower case letters with no spaces.

Your Password is your seven-digit OCC student id number. You can find it on your registration information. You must use the leading zeros if there are not seven-digits.

Important: Before you login for the very first time, please perform the Browser Check and carefully read the text about Pop-up Blockers and Java Security Certificates on the right side of the screen. Believe me this will save you a great deal of frustration later on.

The College also provides a 24x7, free Technical Help for those enrolled in Blackboard/WebCT courses: 1-866-861-1122.

Please Note: Students will be able to access specific online or web-enhanced course content using your "firstname_lastname" (all lowercase) for the User Name and your "OCC 7-digit Student ID" for the Password on the first day of the applicable term but not before that date. If you try to log in prior to that, you may get an error message.
