Instructions for Accessing Grades Online:

1. Go to WebAdvisor and click on log in.
2. You will be prompted to enter a user name and password.
   Your user name is your first name, underscore, your last name - all lower case (for instance, jane_doe). If you have never logged on to WebAdvisor before, your password is the last 6 digits of your social security number. You will be prompted to change this password. Your new password must be 6-9 characters long and use a combination of letters and numbers. Your password will be case sensitive. Make note of this password for the next time you log in. After typing the user name and password, click "Submit". (If you encounter difficulty with access, you can email webadvisor@ocean.edu for help.)
   
3. On the right hand side, click on "Students"
4. Under Academic Profile, click on "Grades."
5. Choose the semester for which you are checking grades. Click "Submit" to view your grades.
6. When you are finished checking your grades, click "Log Out".

Check your grades now!

Use of this function by anyone other than the student to whom this account is assigned is prohibited and may be subject to legal sanctions.

Note: If you received a grade of an "NR" this is because a grade has not yet been turned in by the instructor. Please check again in a day or so.
