Forgot Your WebAdvisor
Password?
You've
used WebAdvisor before, but you've forgotten your password?
Click on the "What's my password" option at the
bottom of the log in screen. If you gave a hint
when setting up your password, select "What's my password
hint?" Still can't remember, or maybe you didn't
give a hint? Select "Reset my password" option.
Follow the directions on the WebAdvisor screen.
Remember, an SSN must be typed without dashes, and a
college ID must be typed with all digits, including
leading zeros. A temporary password will be sent
to your Ocean
Cruiser email account. As a reminder, after
logging into WebAdvisor,
a screen will come up saying your password has expired.
Retype your User Name/ID in all lower case letters and
then select your own password. The password you
select must be 6 to 9 characters long and use both letters
and numbers.
First
time
logging
into
WebAdvisor? Try
using
the last
six digits
of your
SSN as
your
password. If
this
does
not work,
select
the "I'm
new to
WebAdvisor" option,
and follow the directions on the WebAdvisor screen. SSN's must be typed
without dashes. College ID numbers can be found on your college ID and
must be typed with all digits, including leading zeros.
Note: If
you recently registered for classes for the first time, your WebAdvisor account
may not be set up yet. Please be patient, and when you do try logging in,
use the last six digits of your SSN as your password.
