Summer
2008
Summer registration began on February 21, 2008 for all
students.
Register early for the best selection of courses and sections. There are six summer sessions, with dates as follows:
- First 5 Week (2008SF5) 5/19/07 - 6/24/07
- Ten Week (2008S10) 5/19/07 - 7/29/07
- 12 Week (2008S12) 5/19/07 - 8/12/07
- Second 5 Week (2008SS5) 6/25/07 - 7/29/07
- Six Week (2008S6) 6/25/07 - 8/5/07
- Post Session (2008SPO) - 8/4/07 - 8/27/07
The schedule of courses can be viewed on WebAdvisor at https://webadvisor.ocean.edu
New students must complete an application for admission and register in the Admissions and Records Office.
Current students can register either online via WebAdvisor or in person in the Admissions and Records Office.
Please note the following:
- High school Jump Start students must re-submit the Admissions "green" form to OCC every semester.
- Special registration groups (silver edge, unemployed, certain volunteer programs) must wait until the day before the session starts to register.
- Many of our courses are held at off campus sites. If you are registering on WEBADVISOR , check the location of the course.
- Once the semester begins, there will be a brief Drop/Add period, when you may adjust your schedule, with appropriate permission. Be very careful to note the refund dates printed on your bill/schedule. Also, note NO REGISTRATION OF ANY KIND CAN OR WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER the 50% refund period ends for each session.
- Payment is due at registration and can be made by cash, check, OR credit card
- Courses must be dropped before the semester begins to be relieved of the financial obligation
