kEY PERFORMANCE TARGETS
Key Performance Indicators Data

Student Learning | Student Success | Attitudinal Climate | Workforce Conditions | Workplace Environment | Resource Development and Management | Institutional Leadership | External Benchmarks

The Ocean County College Institutional Effectiveness model defines eight areas of the college's performance (Key Performance Targets) to help gather crucial information about institutional success.  These Targets are: 

  • Student Learning
  • Student Success
  • Attitudinal Climate
  • Workforce Conditions
  • Workplace Environment
  • Resource Development and Management
  • Institutional Leadership
  • External Benchmarks.

The college's strategic initiatives are always in alignment with these targets.  Within each target are a number of key perfomance indicators that provide data that informs on the college's effectiveness in achieving its mission.

These documents provide an inventory of measures useful in determining Institutional Effectiveness.
