kEY PERFORMANCE TARGETS Key Performance Indicators Data Student Learning | Student Success | Attitudinal Climate | Workforce Conditions | Workplace Environment | Resource Development and Management | Institutional Leadership | External Benchmarks The Ocean County College Institutional Effectiveness model defines eight areas of the college's performance (Key Performance Targets) to help gather crucial information about institutional success.  These Targets are:  Student Learning Student Success Attitudinal Climate Workforce Conditions Workplace Environment Resource Development and Management Institutional Leadership External Benchmarks. The college's strategic initiatives are always in alignment with these targets.  Within each target are a number of key perfomance indicators that provide data that informs on the college's effectiveness in achieving its mission.
