Responsibilities
The planning responsibilities of this office include
the following:
- Provide assistance to the college's Strategic Planning
and Budgeting Council in developing long-range strategic
plans and short-range divisional and departmental
objectives.
- Provide administrative support and guidance to the
Office of Institutional Effectiveness, which is responsible
for initiating changes in the college vision, values,
mission, and long-range strategic directions.
- Provide research and planning support for divisional
leaders in the development of major planning documents
such as a campus-wide facilities plan and a technology
plan.
