Adams, Carolyn

Ms. Adams received her B.A. in Education from Rowan University and continued her graduate level work at Jersey City State College and Rutgers, the State University. She has extensive teaching experience and conveys her expertise in all her workshops.

Anderson, Donna

Ms. Anderson, one of our SAT instructors, currently works as a language supervisor for Lacey Township High School. Ms. Anderson earned a B.A. in English from Georgian Court College.

Barron, John

Mr. Barron holds a Bachelor's and Master's Degree from Trenton State College and an Educational Specialist Administrative/Supervision certification through Rutgers University. He is a retired counselor with the Southern Regional School District and the evening supervisor of the Ocean County College Southern Extension.

Birdsall, Maryann

Ms. Birdsall received her B.A. from Montclair State College and her M.A. from Jersey City State College. She is a professor of Mathematics at Ocean County College. Ms. Birdsall has held many Algebra workshops for the Ocean County teachers.

Boland, John

Mr. Boland received both his B.A. in Historical Studies and Liberal Arts, Education Concentration from Richard Stockton College and his M.A. in Education from Central Michigan University. He is currently teaching at Point Pleasant Beach High School. His in-depth knowledge of the NJ Core Curriculum Content Standards is translated into excellent workshops for teachers of all levels.

Burke, Jorene

Ms. Burke graduated form Northland College with a Bachelor's degree and from Cardinal Stritch College with a Master's degree. Ms. Burke is a retired Learning Disabilities Specialist at Ocean County College. She conducts disability recognition and assistance workshops as well as test taking strategies workshops.

Burke, Mary

Ms. Burke is a graduate of Regis College with a B.A. in Mathematics and Stevens Institute of Technology with a M.A. in Computer Science. She is a professor in the Computer Science Department at Ocean County College with extensive classroom and workshop experience in MS Office applications, web site design, web and e-mail use skills and has a strong background in computer programming and use.

Capuano, Guy

Mr. Capuano graduated with a B.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson University . He is a certified teacher and a retired Computer Lab Mathematics Specialist with the Lakewood Township School District. Mr. Capuano presents a variety of specialized mathematics workshops for professional development for teachers.

Capuano, Linda

Ms. Capuano earned a B.A. at William Paterson University and a M.Ed. from the College of New Jersey. She is the Coordinator of Testing at Ocean County College.

Cooke, Patricia

Ms. Cooke received her B.A. in Physical Education from William Paterson College and a M.A. in Mathematics Education from Jersey City State College. In addition to being a SAT instructor and developing SAT programs, Ms. Cooke is a teacher and technology specialist at Lacey Township School District.

Corbett, Barbara

Ms. Corbett holds B.A. and M.A. degrees in Education from Jersey City State College and Marygrove College respectively. She is currently a Reading Recovery and Basic Skills teacher in the Lacey Township School District. During the summer Ms. Corbett is co-director for Ocean County College 's Children's Reading Institute.

Cramer, Lorett

Ms. Cramer earned a B.A. at Ursinus College and a M.A. at Trenton State College. She is a Career Specialist in the Center for Academic Services at Ocean County College.

Dolan, Robert

Mr. Dolan graduated from St. Mary of the Plains College with a B.A. in English. He is an experienced English teacher retired from the Southern Regional School District as the Substance Abuse Coordinator where he created and implemented substance abuse prevention programs.

Duff, Victoria

Ms. Duff graduated with a B.A. from Muskingum College and earned Elementary Education Certification at Georgian Court College. She is the New Jersey Mentoring Specialist for the New Jersey Department of Education.

D'Zio, Carol

Dr. D'Zio graduated from Barrington College with a B.A. in English, a M.A. in Curriculum and Supervision from Monmouth College and from Nova South Eastern with an Ed.D. Her work experience has included every level to Superintendent of Schools. She is currently the Alternate Route instructor.

Ewart, Patricia

Ms. Ewart earned a B.A. from Glassboro State College and the University of Valencia and a M.A. in Educational Administration from Georgian Court College. Ms. Ewart teaches Spanish in the Southern Regional School District and is the World Language Lead Teacher for the district.

Firestone, Arthur

Mr. Firestone has been a teacher, supervisor and principal. Since 1995 he has been a full-time consultant working with educators in more than 100 school districts on a wide variety of topics including instructional strategies assessment and classroom management. 

Galletta, Judy

Ms. Galletta is an American Sign Language Interpreter/ Instructor and an Ocean County College Interpreter Lab Technician. She has a B.A. in Communications from Kean University.

Garczynski, Carol

Ms. Garczynski earned a B.A. in history from Holy Family College and a M.A. in Educational Psychology from Monmouth University. She is a school counselor with the Toms River Regional School District with extensive experience in teacher professional development workshops.

Gatens , Virginia

Ms. Gatens graduated with a B.S. in Nursing from Seton Hall and her School Nurse Certification from Jersey City State University. She is currently working as a school nurse in the Pt. Pleasant School District.

Gepp, Judith

Ms. Gepp is a graduate of Jersey City State College (New Jersey City University) with a B.A. in elementary education and special education. She is a teacher in the Point Pleasant School District and an experienced workshop leader for stress management skills.

Goodwin, Jennifer

Ms. Goodwin earned her B.A. in Elementary Education from Georgian Court College and her M.A. in Educational Administration from Kean University. She is a teacher with the Lacey Township School District.

Gordon, Theodore

Mr. Gordon is an adjunct professor in the Mathematics Department at Ocean County College. He received his B.A.and M.A.in Mathematics from Penn State University.

Grone, Shirley

Ms. Grone graduated from Montclair State College with a B.A. degree in Mathematics and from Trenton State College with a M.A. in Mathematics. She is currently an Ocean County College professor of Mathematics. Ms. Grone is a strongly experienced workshop leader of computer use in a variety of applications.

Healy, Linda

Ms. Healy graduated from Montclair State College with a B.A. in French and Spanish and from Georgian Court College with a M.A. in Educational Administration. She is a supervisor of instruction with the Central Regional School District, and an instructor for Kean University and Georgian Court College. 

Hibbard, Susan

Ms. Hibbard holds a B.A. in Science Education from Trenton State and a M.S.in Biology from the University of Delaware. She is currently a high school science teacher in the Toms River School District.

Howley, Janine

Ms. Howley graduated from Glenville State College with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and from West Virginia College of Graduate Studies with a Master's of Education of Individuals with Specific Learning Disabilities. She is a Special Education teacher with the Lacey Township School District and trained as an in-service instructor by the Tourette Syndrome Association of New Jersey.

Jacobs, N. Scott

Mr. Jacobs. received his B.A. from Upsala College and his M.Ed. from Rutgers University. Currently he is a K-5 Spanish Enrichment teacher in the Plumstead Township School District.

Jacobs-Lowery, Robin

Dr. Jacobs-Lowery is a New Jersey Certified School Psychologist and a Licensed Psychologist. She received her doctoral degree from the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology at Rutgers University. Dr. Jacobs-Lowery currently is a School Psychologist for Toms River Regional Schools and a Psychologist for Children's Specialized Hospital.

Johnson, Melissa

Ms. Johnson holds a B.A. in English Education from the University of Delaware and a M.A. in Education at Georgian Court University. Ms. Johnson is a secondary English teacher in the Toms River Regional School District in addition to her SAT tutoring.

Kahane, Ellen

Ms. Kahane received her B.A. in Education from Kean College and her M.A. in Education from Georgian Court College. She is a technology teacher with the Jackson School District.

Kalli, Lori

Ms. Kalli received her B.A. in Fine Arts at Montclair University . In addition to being an educational consultant, Ms. Kalli is a middle school supervisor and teacher.

Keller, Barbara

Ms. Keller received both a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Chemistry from the University of Delaware. Before Ms. Keller's current position as a science teacher at Toms River School District she was an environmental consultant.

Kelly, Timothy

Mr. Kelly earned a B.S. in Criminal Justice from N.J. Institute of Technology and a M.S. in Criminal Justice from Long Island University. Mr. Kelly is a retired special assistant to District 5 Regional School Safety Administrator and is presently conducting workshops for Pinelands Regional Adult Community School.

Kipp, Jennifer

Ms. Kipp received her B.A.in Math Education and M.A. in Counseling from the College of New Jersey. Ms. Kipp currently works as an adult High School Counselor in addition to being a reader for the Praxis II Principles of Learning and Teaching.

Larice, Richard

Mr. Larice,in addition to developing and teaching SAT programs, teaches mathematics at Lacey Township. Mr. Larice earned a B.S. in Accounting from Rowan University.

Lawrence, Paul

Mr. Lawrence has been involved in mathematics education for the past 34 years. He has taught high school mathematics and has been a supervisor of mathematics, K-12. He is often a presenter at local, state and national conferences and has conducted hundreds of workshops throughout New Jersey. 

Licitra, Theresa

Ms. Licitra earned her Bachelor's degree from the City University of New York at Brooklyn College and her master's degree from Adelphi University. She is currently a Reading Specialist with the Jackson School District.

Lloyd, Linuel

Mr. Lloyd graduated from Rowan University with a B.A. in history and from Rutgers University with an M.B.A. He holds certificates in teaching and for Principal and Supervision. Mr. Lloyd is currently teaching Social Studies for the Toms River School District.

Magaziner-Schneider, Karin-Jill

Ms. Magaziner-Schneider was awarded a B.A. in Psychology and Special Education and a M.S. in Education from Brooklyn College (City University of NY). She is currently a School Psychologist/Consultant/Staff Development Provider.

Malone, James

Mr. Malone is a graduate of Ocean County College , and of Georgian Court College. He is currently a self-employed counselor/therapist.

McKenna, Kathleen

Ms. McKenna, an educational consultant, was awarded her B.A. in History and Elementary Education from Georgian Court College . Ms. McKenna is a middle school teacher of social studies and literature.

Metzger, Suzanne

Ms. Metzger holds a B.S. degree in English and French from Radford University and a M.Ed. in Reading Education from Georgian Court College. She is currently a Reading Specialist with the Southern Regional School District.

Munro, John

Mr. Munro graduated from Iowa University with a B.A. in history and from Seton Hall with a M.A. in Asian Studies. He has been the Character Ed/Anti-Bullying Coordinator with the Toms River School District and he is an Assistant Professor of History at St. Peter's College.

O'Connell, Michael

Dr. O'Connell received a B.A. in History from St Peter's College, a M.A. in Reading from Jersey City State College, and a Doctor of Education from University of Sarasota. Dr. O'Connell is a retired District Supervisor of Curriculum for Toms River Regional School District. He is currently an Adjunct Professor in Educational Leadership at New Jersey City University.

Pesci, Louise

Ms. Pesci holds a B.S. in Political Science and a M.Ed. from Montclair State University. She earned her Supervisory Certification from Georgian Court College. Ms. Pesci is a teacher in the Central Regional School District.

Pezzimenti, Michael

Mr. Pezzimenti is an Adjunct Professor in Mathematics at Ocean County College. He received his B.S. in Environmental Science from Stockton State College and his M.S. in Applied Math from Humboldt State University.

Piszar, Suzanne

Ms. Piszar earned an A.S. degree from Ocean County College , a B.S. in Education from Bloomsburg University and a M.S. in Counseling Psychology from Georgian Court College. She holds a Special Education Certification and General Education Certification and is a teacher with the Brick School District.

Plewa, Antoinette

Ms. Plewa received her B.A. in Special Education from Marywood College and her M.A. in Special Education from Trenton State College. She is currently an adjunct professor for General and Special Education at Ocean County College.

Rajeski, Lisa

Dr. Reilly completed an A.A.S. and B.B.A. at Pace University and received her M.B.A. from Fordham University and her doctorate from Capella University. She is currently an Associate Professor of Economics at Ocean County College and has developed and delivered numerous economics based workshops and seminars.

Reustle, Maureen

Ms. Reustle graduated from West Chester University with a Bachelor's Degree and Temple University with a Master's in Education. She is currently the Dean of Academic Services at Ocean County College.

Reynolds, Theresa

Ms. Reynolds earned an AS from Ocean County College, a B.S. from Georgian Court and a Master's degree from Kean University. She is a teacher in the Toms River Regional School District and has developed and delivered professional development workshops for teachers in classroom management.

Ricci, Ralph

Mr. Ricci completed a B.S. at Brooklyn College and a M.A. Ed, Pupil Personnel Services at Trenton State College. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a background of School Guidance Counselor and teacher in the Lakewood School District. He is currently an Academic Counselor at Ocean County College.

Ricker, Holly

Ms. Ricker received her B.A. from Bard College and her M.A. in Psychology from Rowan University. She has extensive experience in workshops for teachers in the area of behavior modification techniques.

Rielly, Lucille

Ms. Rielly holds a B.A. in English and Elementary Education from Caldwell College and a M.A. in Reading Specialist, from Kean University. She has extensive teaching and supervisory experience and was the Ocean County Superintendent of Schools for eight years.

Roberts, William

Mr. Roberts earned his B.A. in History from the College of Staten Island and his M. Ed. in Special Education from Rutgers University. Mr. Roberts is a retired principal at Stafford Intermediate School and is an adjunct professor at Stockton State College.

Sasse, Jeanne

Ms. Sasse graduated from Rider College with a B.S. in Education. She is a business teacher in the Lakewood School District and also teacher/coordinator of Cooperative Office Vocational-Technical Education for the district. She has developed and delivered technology based professional development workshops for teachers.

Schiller, Neil

Mr. Schiller is a graduate of Big Bend Community College with an A.S. degree, Washington State University with a B.S.E.E. and a M.S. from Texas A & M University. He is a professor in Engineering Studies at Ocean County College. Mr. Schiller has experience in the development and delivery of physics and engineering workshops. 

Sendecki, Diane

Ms. Sendecki earned a B.A. at Seton Hall University and a M.A. in Elementary Education and Instructional Technology Certification from Georgian Court College. She is a Computer teacher and Technology Coordinator for the Jackson Township School District. She is also an instructor for the Ocean County College Continuing Education Department and has conducted multiple computer- based workshops to meet the professional development requirements of Ocean County teachers.

Sirbu, Raluca

Ms. Sirbu earned her B.S. and M.S. in Physics from Bucharest University in Romania. Ms. Sirbu is a Professional Development provider for Math and Science elementary level subjects.

Sitek, Linda

Ms. Sitek holds an A.S. from Ocean County College and Interpreter Certification from Union County College. She is employed at Ocean County College in the Disability Resource Department as a Sign Language Interpreter for in-classroom interpretation for students. 

Steinert, Pamela

Dr. Steinert received her B.S. in Psychology at Ramapo College and then her M.S. and Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the State University of New York at Binghamton. Dr. Steinert is currently a School Psychologist at Monmouth Ocean Educational Services Commission.

Stroud, Melody

Ms. Stroud received a B.A. and a M.S. in Education from City College of New York, and a Masters in Interactive Telecommunications from New York University. She is currently an adjunct instructor at Brookdale Community College. She has extensive experience as a Systems Engineer/Software Engineer and developing courses for each software product created; as a Technical Team Manager who taught the workshops developed for her team and instructor at many levels, including Vocational Education and the New York City Public School District. She is an award winning Planning/Training Professional with more than fifteen years of diversified experience.

Sweet, Reisa

Ms. Sweet, a member of the NJEA Human Rights Committee, is a resource room teacher in Jackson Township. She earned a Master's degree in Guidance Counseling from the University of Bridgeport and a Master's degree in Human Development from Fairleigh Dickinson.

Susko, Steve

Mr. Steve Susko is a graduate of East Strausburg University with a B.S. in Mathematics at Rutgers University with a M.Ed. in Mathematics. Mr. Susko is currently the Supervisor of Mathematics K-12 for the Brick Township School District. Mr. Susko is an experienced teacher and supervisor with exceptional workshop leader skills for mathematics.

Taff, Elaine

Ms. Taff graduated with a B.S. in Education from City College of New York and a M.A. in Teaching from the University of Pittsburgh. She is currently a teacher in the Toms River Regional School District.

Villalobos, Gloria

Ms. Villalobos is Director of the Novins Planetarium at Ocean County College. Her additional projects include working as a Solar System Ambassador for NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory and as an Earth and Space Explainer for the Hayden Planetarium at the American Museum of Natural History.

Wetta, Frank

Dr. Wetta is the Vice President of Academic Affairs at Ocean County College. He earned his B.A. and M.A. at St. Louis University and Ph.D. and Louisiana State University.

Wnek, John

Mr. Wnek received a B.S. in Biology and a M.A. in Teaching from Monmouth University. He is currently a teacher of Marine and Environmental Sciences at Ocean County Vocational-Technical School.
