Choices of Successful Students
Instructions
1. Go to www.oncourseworkshop.com
and click on “On Course Self-Assessment”
midway down the page.
2. When you enter the next site, click on “On
Course Self-Assessment.”
3. Now click on “Take this Assessment before
the Course.” (Please allow 30-40 minutes to complete.)
4. After you have completed ALL the questions, carefully
review the feedback.
5. Complete the Inventory Activity portion of the Assessment.
6. Choose the “e-mail” or “print”
option. You must submit your answers to:
