Successful transfer from Ocean County College requires careful planning. Through online services, the Academic Advising staff can help you access information on two- and four-year colleges/universities. Advisors will help you plan your course of study to parallel the first two years at the four-year institution where you plan to transfer. Students interested in transferring should meet with an advisor early in their career with OCC.
Application for Graduation - Students must apply for graduation in order to receive a degree at OCC. Graduation Audits take approximately 4 - 6 weeks to process. This form must be brought to the Cashier's Office with the graduation fee. It would be in your best interest to apply one semester before your last semester.
FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) - In order to receive financial aid you must add the four-year college/university to your FAFSA
FastWeb - You can search for additional scholarships through organizations, business, and community outreach programs
Awards and Recognitions - You can receive scholarships through OCC at the time of graduation. Check your Ocean Cruiser account for announcements on the application process or contact Student Life at ext. 2030
