Ocean County College’s grant funded Adults Back@College Program (AB@C)
offers assistance to adult learners
who previously attended OCC and
left before completing their degree. AB@C provides support to adults who are managing school with other life responsibilities. The goal of the AB@C program is to help adult students achieve their educational goals.

MBTI - Myers Briggs Type Indicator and Decision Making: This presentation will introduce the Myers Briggs
Type Indicator assessment and implications it has on decision-making. At the conclusion of the presentation,
the participants will receive access to the on-line MBTI assessment tool. Wednesdays, September 21 &
November 16, 1:00 - 2:00 pm; Wednesdays, September 21, October 19, November 16, 6:00 - 7:00 pm.
Time Management/Procrastination: Does it seem like you never have enough time? Eunice Pschorr and
Barbara Mawer review helpful tips for getting it all done in the 168 hours you have each week. Wednesday,
October 12, 5:00 - 6:30 pm. Light refreshments served.
All You Need to Know About Transferring to Another College: Presented by Coordinator of Transfer Services
Laura Wills. Tuesday, November 15, 5:00 - 6:30 pm.
Stress Management: Learn and practice skills and techniques to manage the stresses related to being a
