Meditation: Mondays, 12:30 - 1:15; Administration Building First Floor Conference Room (Building #9). Nancy Polonitza, LPC, Counselor, Counseling Services. Take a break from your stressful day. Different styles of meditation will be introduced each week. For beginners and experienced alike. Come to one session or all.

Introduction to Career Planning: How to choose your major and develop your career plan. Facilitated by Bernadette Amato, Coordinator of Career Services. This workshop is the first step in the process for students seeking individual career counseling. Registration is required, and enrollment is limited.
