Ocean County College's 43rd Annual Commencement Ceremony took place on Thursday, May 27, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. on the OCC Main Campus Mall, Toms River.

Diplomas are not distributed at the Commencement Ceremony. Students can pick up their diplomas in the Office of Registration and Records beginning June 1, 2010. You will be asked for identification when you pick up your diploma.

DVDs of the 43rd Commencement Ceremony will be available for purchase from the bookstore 3-4 weeks after graduation.

Ocean County College’s 43rd Annual Commencement Ceremony, Annual Awards Ceremony, and Nurses’ Pinning Ceremony was televised on Ocean TV 20 as broadcast on Comcast of Toms River and Long Beach Island Channel 20 and on Verizon FiOS in Northern Ocean County Channel 24.

May 29, 2010 at 3:00 p.m.
May 30, 2010 at 4:30 p.m.

The 43rd Annual Awards Ceremony was broadcast on:

May 27, 2010 at 7:30 p.m.

May 30, 2010 at 6:00 p.m.

The 43rd Annual Commencement Ceremony was broadcast on:

The deadline to apply was November 9, 2009 for fall completion, and March 15, 2010 for spring completion.

Application for Graduation

Graduation applications must be returned, in person, to the Cashiers Office with your graduation fee payment of $25.00. Students who plan to participate in the commencement ceremony should bring their paperwork, from the Cashier's Office, to the bookstore, where gowns and caps can be purchased for $42.00. The deadline to order your cap and gown for the 2010 commencement ceremony was March 15, 2010.

Transcripts
If you are transferring to another school, and need your transcripts to reflect your status as a graduate, please note this information will not automatically appear on a transcript until approximately one week after the graduation date. 

When completing your transcript request form, be sure to check the box indicating "hold for recording of degree" if you wish transcripts to include your status as a graduate.
