Permit Clerks and Uniform Construction Code Applications

Wouldn't it be great if submitting building permits and successfully getting them approved in a timely fashion was the norm rather than an exception? Currently, permit clerks, the front line of contact to the contractors and homeowners, have a very difficult job. They are responsible for recognizing all the ins and outs of the Uniform Construction Code permit application process, and to help get these applications to the appropriate sub code officials.

There are 5 sub code officials and an almost limitless number of potentially essential pre-approvals necessary for the permit submission process to work. This program is designed to help permit clerks receive and process applications successfully. It is designed as an onsite six-hour program designed to help the permit application process from the first contact. The permit clerks will help their customers get their permit application filed successfully and in the timeliest manner by becoming more familiar with the rules.
