Community Colleges are the preferred training vendors for the New Jersey Department
of Labor, the administering agency for the grants.
The professional staff at OCC’s Center for Business Education and Training will help with all aspects of the grant
application and training process. This includes:
- Needs Assessment
- Training Topic Identification
- Curriculum Development
- Grant Application Development
- Computer Lab and Conference Training Facilities
- Professional Instructors
- Course Completion Certificates

- Math and English as a Second Language
