Physical Therapy Aide
Become an essential member of the rehabilitation field and join one of the fastest growing entry level occupations. The physical therapy aide is responsible for carrying out non-clinical duties such as preparing treatment areas, answering phones, ordering supplies, and transporting patients under the direct supervision of a Physical Occupational or Speech Therapist. This training prepares you for employment in hospitals, orthopedic clinics, nursing homes and sports rehabilitation centers. Attendance is mandatory for one field trip and two job shadowing experiences.
