Ocean County College has partnered with IMI, a management and training company located in Cairo, Egypt. Through this collaboration OCC and IMI work together to bring English as a Second Language (ESL), and other foreign language instruction to meet the employment needs of the local Cairo, Eqypt market.
IMI was founded in 1999 as a management development company with four business divisions, marketing research, training, recruitment and consulting. IMI offers corporate training (for companies), training programs (for individuals) and governmental programs.

OCC has currently provided ESL and language instruction in French, German, and Italian to over 250 students in the Cairo area, and this population continues to grow.
