Detail screen
To view details regarding an individual, click the circular button to the left of the individual's name, then click the detail button, which is located on the top right and bottom right corners of the directory. Details include and individual's name, job title, department, email address, phone number and extension.

Page Setup dialog boxFrom the menu, choose File > Page Setup
The Page Setup dialog box displays
From the Page Setup dialog box, set the page orientation to landscape
Click ok
From the menu, choose File > Print
Using your keyboard, press enter

Multiple Pages
Click on the # per page link, located just under the alphabetical buttons, towards the top of the directory.
The Script Prompt dialog box displays. Change the number of records per page, to the total number of records you wish to print.
Press the ok button
From the menu, choose File > Page Setup
The Page Setup dialog box displays
From the Page Setup dialog box, set the page orientation to landscape
Click ok
From the menu, choose File > Print
Using your keyboard, press enter

The records per page link is located just under the alphabetical buttons, towards the top of the directory.  Records per page
Each individual listed in the faculty and staff directory represents one record. By default, 10 records display per page.

To change the number of records per page, click on the # per page link, located just under the alphabetical buttons, towards the top of the directory.
The Script Prompt dialog box displays.
In Script Prompt dialog box, enter the new number of records per page.
Click ok

Search by name
To search for an individual by name, select Name (L, F) from the first drop down list under the heading "Find people where". From the center drop down list, choose Starts with, Is or Contains.
Click in the search criteria text field, which is located to the left of the go button.Type your search criteria.
Click the go button.
Starts with
Searches for a name that begins with the letter(s) you specify in the format:
Last Name, First Name

You can search by first name only using the format:
, First Name

Is
Searches for an exact match to a last name you enter.

You can search by first name only using the format:
, First Name

Contains
Searches for names that contain the letter(s) you specify anywhere within a last name.

You can search by first name only using the format:
, First Name

Search by department
To search for an individual by department, select Dept from the first drop down list under the heading "Find people where". From the center drop down list, choose Starts with, Is or Contains.
Click in the search criteria text field, which is located to the left of the go button. Type your search criteria.
Click the go button.

Searches for a department that begins with the letter(s) you specify.

Is
Searches for an exact match to a department name.

Contains
Searches for departments that contain the letter(s) you specify anywhere in the department name.

Wildcards
The wildcard character * may be used for a name or department search. Use the wildcard in the search criteria text field, which is located to the left the of the go button.
In a name search, the wildcard character will return every name in the directory, in alphabetical order.

In a department search, the wildcard character will return every name in the directory, alphabetically listed by department.
