OCC Women's Cross Country Honored  for Winning the National Championship in Trenton by the

New Jersey General Assembly  and in Ocean County by the Board of Chosen Freeholders

The Ocean County College Women’s Cross Country Team was recognized on December 7th, 2009 at the New Jersey General Assembly meeting and on January 20, 2010 at the Ocean County Board of Chosen Freeholders meeting for winning the 2009 NJCAA Division III National Championship.  The Athletic Department and the team members were honored to have been recognized both at the Statehouse and at the County Municipal Complex. The Administration would like to extend our gratitude to the Assembly and Assemblyman Dave Wolfe and to the Freeholders of Ocean County for a wonderful experience.
