Jenny Lo Honored at NGWS Day at Seton Hall University

On February 1, 2009  Seton Hall Univeristy was the host site for all NJ Girls and Women in sports who were honored by their schools on all levels from High School to Two year and Four year institutions. Ocean County College selected, Jenny Lo for their 2008 "Woman Athlete of the Year". Jenny has proven herself in all aspects of being a college student-athlete both in the classroom, as well as a national qualifier in the sport of swimming. In Spring of 2008, Jenny was named to the NJCAA All-American Swim Team. Outside of OCC Jenny has volunteered for the Island Beach State Park Beach Cleanup and has worked as a lifeguard throughout Ocean County. Presently she has qualified to participate in the 2009 NJCAA National Championship in Buffalo, NY in early March. As a Liberal Arts Major and a NJSTARS studnet Jenny is focusing on education, she plans to pursue her career to become an elementary school teacher.
