OCC competes in the NJCAA Region XIX Tournament yearly
and have placed players on the All Conference and All
Region Teams which are selected by the coaches in the
league. The Region XIX league is extremely competitive
annually having nationally ranked Division III Junior
College baseball teams.
Our program offers the student athlete sound fundamentals
in the basics of college baseball and exposure to major
league scouting through its competitive schedule against
perennial junior college baseball powers. This is done
while maintaining our goal of higher education and achieving
an Associates Degree.
We want to continue the tradition of excellence that
has been established here at OCC - the first county
college in the state. We encourage players from the
Jersey Shore area to consider attending OCC and participating
in our baseball program!
