Intramurals at OCC

The OCC Intramural program is designed to give you the opportunity to participate in individual or team recreational activities. This participation creates ideal situations for you to demonstrate decision making, social development and sportsmanship skills that can be essential in all aspects of life. It also provides a fun way to participate in physical activity for a healthier lifestyle.

Intramural Regulations

Intramurals are open to all members of the college community (faculty, staff, and students).

An OCC ID card is required to participate. All participants must wear sneakers at all times and have on proper attire.

We hold open gym, tournaments and league games in basketball, pickle ball, volleyball, tennis, dodge ball, soccer, flag football as well as other activities.

Intramural time is scheduled on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Members of OCC Athletic teams are not permitted to participate while in season.
