The OCC softball team finished fourth in Region 19 division III and third in the Garden State Athletic Conference division III standings. The team was led by sophomore pitcher Megan Quinlan and freshman infielder Heather Tice. The Vikings will have four returning starters next season and with the addition of strong incoming freshman will again strive to qualify for regional playoffs and hopefully advance to the National Championship tournament.

During the 2012 season Coach Bob Mazanec earned his 150^th career college win as a Head Coach.

OCC Softball takes pride in having outstanding local talent to round out each seasons roster. The team looks to expand on their success from last year.
