OCC Wins Washington College Open Regatta
 
"A" Skipper  Andrew Groff and "A " Crew  Kelly Tooker won the A division of the Washington College Open to lead OCC to its second consecutive qualification for the War Memorial regatta.  The prestigious War Memorial regatta is for the top 16 teams in the Middle Atlantic Intercollegiate Sailing Association.  The War Memorial regatta will be sailed at Old Dominion on October 29th and 30th. 
OCC's "B' team of Donnie Burke and Kate Tooker helped OCC secure it bid to the war by winning the B division
The OCC teams led the entire regatta in strong winds.  They had a commanding lead after Saturdays races and kept sailing fast on Sunday to win by over 20 points
