Office Lecture Hall Television Studio and Offices       Parking Lot 1       A handicap ramp is located on the left side of the building to access the TV Studio. A handicap accessible entrance to the Lecture Hall is at the front of the building. Handicap accessible restrooms are available.

(2006): The Television Studio contains a lecture room; TV studio; studio control, master control, and editing rooms; as well as offices. It is home base to the Ocean County Education and Arts Network (OCEANet), a partnership between OCC and Ocean County. It broadcasts on Comcast Cable Channel 20 to the residents of Ocean County and provides a wide variety of educational and entertaining programs. The studio is used in tandem with the College's academic programs and community service activities as well. It is located next to the Instructional Building.
