This course will provide essential sales strategies, techniques, ad formulas that need to be used on a daily basis taught with an abundance of practical hands-on participation and interaction.  Professional or Beginners in sales will benefit from learning essential steps on the sales process and how to meet sales goals.

How To Increase Real Estate Sales (8hrs)

Participants learn the sales strategy and tactics to be more effective and successful in real estate.  They will learn the skills needed to define niche markets, list and show properties more effectively and close more business while increasing their exposure to potential new buyers and sellers.  This is hands on training helping them learn and do.

I have been a Realtor for 11 years in Toms River and have attended many classes at various places and I do compliment OCC. The class was invaluable in giving insight into working with both buyers and sellers in the world of Real Estate. Learning new skills gives a person a feeling of accomplishment and proficiency.
