The Kids on Campus programs are intended to be an educational, fun experience for children.
Our Living Shore Discovery: Hands-on Science Camp - Southern Edition (Ages 9-13)
Our Living Shore Camp is back again! It’s centered on the NJ Science Standards and will give your child an advantage in the classroom. A science adventure where field trips are taken 4 out of the 5 days. All science topics are addressed combining history with language arts (writing skills). A hands-on approach is used to study science concepts including, but not limited to, coastal geology, beach formation/composition and the habitats of local marine life. The first day is spent in the classroom to prepare for field trips to: Cattus Island, two days at Long Beach Island, and one day at Brigantine National Wildlife Refuge.
Activities are subject to change due to severe weather conditions. Please bring a lunch, plenty of water, sunscreen and towel.
Magical World of Animals (Ages 7-13)
Learn to care for a variety of animals. An area veterinarian will discuss pet nutrition, animal behavior, and care of your companion animal. Live animal will be brought in for hands-on learning. A behind-the-scenes tour of a veterinary hospital will be included on the last day.
Cartooning (Ages 7-12)
Explore the wonderful world of cartooning by drawing some of the best-loved Looney Tunes and Disney characters as well as create a few original characters of your own. Students will use a variety of mixed media in their art.
Storytime Art (Ages 7-10)
In our 5 day class kids will utilize several different mediums to complete a work of art using a meshing of the classic stories, “Alice in Wonderland” & “Wizard of Oz”. The finished work will consist of mediums including painting, collage, and drawing; sparking imaginations as the stories’ characters interact.
NEW! Digital Photography Basics for Teens (Ages 13-16)
In this hands on course, students will explore the art of still photography in the digital age through a range of creative projects and techniques. Effective composition, image capture and post production will be covered providing a start to finish approach to achieving a personal visual expression. No prior experience is required. Please bring a flash drive, fully charged camera (point and shoot or DSLR), memory card and USB cable or card reader for uploading.
Drawing From Observation (Ages 9-12)
oung art students will be introduced to the classic techniques of using pencil, charcoal and pastels. Beginning with individual objects, we will progress to simple still life setups. Early exposure to Observation, Color and Composition aids the aspiring art student to learn how to see as an artist and forms a lasting appreciation and understanding of the visual world. No experience necessary. Supplies included in cost.
Model the Masters (Ages 8-13)
You will be introduced to some of the most world-renowned artists in history and create your own interpretations of famous paintings. Using a variety of mixed media, you will learn the basic elements of art (lines, shape, color, texture, and value) and good composition. Be inspired by the original art, but use your imagination to make it your own.
Portfolio Prep/Basic Drawing (Ages 13+)
This course provides solid academic drawing skills in pencil, charcoal, and pen & ink using classical concepts and methods. Recommended for those interested in animation or painting in any media. No experience necessary. Supplies included in cost.
Architectural & Engineering Challenges (Ages 9-12)
Work to design straw towers, balsa bridges and a wide array of LEGO® and K’nexT architecture projects. Have fun building famous architectural designs from around the world including the Empire State Building, Imperial Hotel, Whitehouse, London Bridge, Imperial Hotel, Flat Iron Building, Seattle Space Needle, and more. You will also build bridges, towers, and other structures using a variety of materials and learn about structural engineering principles and forces that act on structures. Develop science, technology, engineering and mathematics skills in a fun, hands-on environment.
NEW! Computer Programming and Robotics with Ozobot Bit (Ages 6-12)
In this exciting new program, robotics and coding will become elementary! Have fun expanding your horizons with the help of Ozobot-the tiny smart robot. There is no end to the possibilities as you create a different landscape of adventures, games and coding with Ozobot. Imagine, a learning toy that opens the doors of computer science, STEM education, robotics and coding with simple color-coded commands and “OzoBlockly,” a coding language powered by Google’s Blocky program. Ozobot Bit’s ability to learn your programs, and then play them back is a big game changer to how young minds play and learn. Ready, Set, Action! In this new program, you will create your own stop motion animation videos, use a stop motion camera, and have fun designing and creating your own videos. Students will learn the basic skills needed to create and animate. Whether you are making a LEGO® brick film; animating in claymation or capturing a flower bloom using time-lapse photography, you can bring anything to life with computer animation. Students will learn to copy, edit, move and delete animation frames. Jazz up your creations by learning to import music and sounds, adding special effects, and more. All students will save their movies to share.
Creative Design & Robotics (Ages 8-14)
The world of the future belongs to robots! In this cutting edge class, students will learn the fundamentals of motorized mechanisms, design principles, sensors, and sound activation. Separate fact from fantasy by designing and building prototypes of task-oriented robots. Learn problem-solving to improve how the robots function in a series of design challenges! Students will work in pairs or teams for most of the program.
NEW! Ultimate Drone Games: Speed, Skill & Acrobatics (Ages 9-14)
We check all of the boxes of STEM drone education during this action-packed program. Teams transition from the simulator to the remote control and enjoy a multitude of thrilling challenges on and off the ground! Get ready for a week of friendly competition as you and your team take to the sky and attempt to win the badge of the Ultimate Drone Games champion. Participants will experience the thrill of today’s latest drone technology including drones equipped with mini nerf cannons and mini grabbers. It’s all about the grand finale as teams conquer challenges and earn points for the end-of-program event: Ultimate Drobot Games. Drone safety and the social responsibilities of flying drones are included in this program. Important Notes for Campers: No drone flying experience necessary. Each participant receives their own Drobots Flight Book. Participants are organized into age-appropriate groups.
Drones: Fly, Search, Rescue, Create & Innovate (Ages 9-14)
Did you know: drones deliver medical supplies to persons in need? Drones deliver burritos to college students and pizza to families? Drones are deployed and drop lifebuoys to swimmers during a rescue? This program will open the creative minds of participants as they learn all about some of the most fascinating drone solutions to date. Teams will first learn about some of the incredible problems drone technology has solved; and then have the opportunity to interact with inventors currently in the drone industry via video conference. Upon building a base of knowledge, experience and confidence, participants will then fly and code drones as they work together in teams to create their own business, environmental, or safety drone solution. Instructors will challenge teams to focus on the social and ethical responsibilities that accompany the powerful and evolving drone technological advances. Participants will also learn about the tremendous and abundant means through which drones have enhanced first responders and safety throughout the world. Each participant receives their own Drobots Flight Book. No drone flying experience necessary. Participants are organized into age-appropriate groups.

Discover the anatomy of the world’s most complicated system-the human body! In this program, kids will find out what it’s like to journey through the human body. Explore the science behind blood, bones, how a model of the human body works, and more. Participants will test for blood types, make a map of their tongue, perform simulated heart and brain surgery, and more.
New! LEGO WeDo Robotics 1.0 & 2.0 (Ages 6-10)
Students will build LEGO® models featuring working motors and sensors, program their models on laptop computers, and participate in new unique WeDo challenges. Students will develop their skills in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. Students will use simple drag and drop software and a lap top computer to actually learn how to program robots made from LEGOs®. This program will offer both LEGO® 1.2 and all new LEGO® LEGO® 2.0 projects LEGO® Education WeDo 2.0 makes elementary science come to life through hands-on tasks, real-world projects, and relevant technology that engages students. Through project-based activities, students’ skills are enhanced across science, engineering, technology, and coding. The unique combination of the LEGO brick, classroom-friendly software, and inspiring, standards-based science projects results in a resource that builds students’ confidence.
New! Robotic Fun (Ages 6-10)
Have fun building and creating using your imagination. Campers will construct a wide range of robot projects throughout the week. Projects will include constructing a Battle-Bot from our huge Robotix modular collection, participating in our robot tug-o’ war, Olympic competition, soccer match, and more. Campers will learn engineering principles in a fun, hands-on atmosphere. (This camp focuses on building modular robots from your imagination. Coding is not a focus in this class). All students will take home a Hexbug robot as part of this camp.
Star Wars & Motorized Machines (Ages 6-12)
LEGO® enthusiasts! Have fun building your favorite adventure from a Star Wars galaxy that is far, far away. Star Wars projects will vary depending on availability from LEGO® headquarters, but will include age-appropriate new models including the Imperial Star Destroyer, Hailfire Droid, Millenium Falcon, Sith Infiltrator, MTT, Tie Fighter, Darth Vader, Anti Vehicle Cannon, Trifighter, Wookie Gunship, and more. Campers will also build a wide assortment of non-Star Wars motorized LEGO® Education technic machines and create their own projects that illustrate science concepts.
Casting Call: Acting for the Camera (Ages-8-15)
This camp is for aspiring young 'stars'! Lean real auditioning skills by working with scripts for commercials and film readings. Lean how to characterize and follow direction, block for camera and read with 'co-stars'. Improvisation and ad-libbing (off the script) will be taught as a basis of creating characters. One of the quickest ways to gain experience in this industry is by doing 'exta' work otherwise known as a "Background Artist". Included in this camp is a take-home tutorial showing you ways to find acting jobs as well as a list of legitimate talent agencies. This camp is designed by casting director, Kathy Wickline, CSA (www.wicklinecasting.com) who holds over 10,000 casting credits in film, commercials, and TV.
Intro to Film & TV Camp (Ages 8-15)
This is Wickline Casting’s original course that started 18 years ago. Your children will work as cast and crew teams in this cool class/camp. Kids learn basic levels of acting, directing and operating the camera. Script writing, storyboarding and improvisation will also be introduced. They will work on lots of cool projects as commercials, film scenes, music videos and public service announcements. Each day is different as they create their very own original films. They will truly learn the basics of the biz. Kathy Wickline, CSA (www.wicklinecasting.com) is a top casting director of TV and Film and has selected real life projects for kids to enjoy while being introduced to this industry. (All footage is sent to a professional editor and parents have the option to order a USB at an additional cost after camp as a keepsake).
New! Theater Camp: Let's Hear It for the Boys (Ages 9-14)
All skills levels welcome. Learn how to audition for a musical and become a triple threat. Boys will learn stage terminology, choreography, and vocal techniques to hone their musical skills. Students will perform songs and dances that feature boys’ voices. Must bring water, be ready to move, and bring dance shoes if you have them. Students will perform on the final day.
For the beginning actor. Students will learn theatre terminology, basic stage directions, and blocking. Through improvisation, warm-ups, drills, and movement, students will hone their acting, singing, and dancing skills. The class will culminate in a showcase for family and friends. No experience necessary. Be prepared to move. Bring water and ballet or jazz shoes if you have them.
Musical Theater Performance Workshop (Ages 9-14)
New! Writing for Screens (Ages 9-14)
Students will work together to write a 5-minute movie or TV show during this week. They will work in small groups and work on topics such as character development, story arch, 3-act structure, plot twists and more! Students will depend on feedback from other groups to guide their process from conceptualization to completion. Throughout the week, students will learn the difference between writing for print and writing for screen, how to write for low budget projects, how to give clear instructions to the production crew, and creating a story that catches attention.
App Attack! Make Your First Game App
Take the first steps into the world of mobile app design and customize your own game app! Using a specialized app & game development tool, explore the world of web-based apps. In addition to learning the basics of mobile app design and game development, you will also see firsthand how the world of app publishing functions. Your apps will be accessible on a private site and can be played on any mobile device or computer. No prior experience is neccessary and you do not need to own a smartphone or tablet to take the class. Work in pairs of teams for most of the program.
App Adventures! The Next Level
Move past the basic techniques learned in App Attack or jump right in! Choose from a selection of different mobile app types and explore more in-depth programming concepts. Your apps will be accessible on a private site can be played on any mobile device or computer. No prior experience is neccessary and you do not need to own a smart phone or tablet to take the class. Work in teams for most of the program.
LEGO Films & Stop Action!
Make yout LEGO's come to life! Bring in your favorite action figures or LEGO's and create a short film with your friends. Recreate a scene from STAR WARS or design a world of your own. You will need to bring in LEGO's or action figures from home, but all other equipment provided. Your films will be available on a password-protected website to share with others. Work in pairs or teams for most of the program.
LEGO Video Games
Combine your two favorite activites: LEGO's and video games! Create your own LEGO universe and adventures in an interactive 2D video game. Everyone is welcome in this one-of-a-kind class.
LEGO YOUniverse: Make Your Own Adventure
Pick your favorite LEGO genre or create an alternate universe for a digitally illustrated story. All students will end the class with a digital comic book that can be shared with friends and family on a password-protected website.
Make Your First Video Game!
Love playing video games? This is the camp for you! This class shows you the essential keys to designing your first game. Conceptualization, graphics, software, and simple coding are just some of the things that we'll explore. No prior experience necessary!
Make Your First 3-D Video Game
Try this new version of a Black Rocket classic! Develop a game concept that goes beyond the limitations of the traditional 2D game design classes. Learn the physics behind 3D games, explore beginner event scripting, level design, controlling flow of gameplay, and storytelling. Your games will be available on a password-protected website to share with friends and family. Work in teams for most of the program.
Using a new industry grade software, learn the basics of 3D modeling to design your very own characters and import them into your favorite Minecraft games. You must have minecraft at home and a parent's email address is required to create student accounts.
Use your favorite game to learn the basics of modding and foundations of programming. Learn scripting and logic statements as you create your first mod! Introductory coding will also be taught through a simulated enviroment inspired by Minecraft. Your projcts will be available on a password-protected website to share with friends and family. To access your projects at home, you must own a PC/MAC version of Minecraft. Tablet, phone, and game console version of Minecraft are not compatible. Work in teams for most of the program.
Video Game Animation
Create and animate your own characters, objects, and backgrounds. Develop the character's personality, signature moves, special powers, and a story line. You do not need any prior experience in game design, animation, or sketching. Your animation will be available on a password-protected Black Rocket website to share with friends and family. Games are only compatible on PC computers, Mac versions can be created after the program for $15 conversion fee.
Amusement Park Physics
Design, construct, and test: loop-the-loop, marble catchers, ball machines, Ferris wheels, swinging amusement rides, rollar coasters, and more. Experiment, build, and learn physics concepts in a fun, hands-on atmosphere. Learn about friction, gravity, momentum, velocity, and other effects of force and motion.
Build It & Race It with Solar Power (Ages 11-14)
Learn about solar power by building and racing model electric cars fueled by sun, wind and hydrogen fuel cell.
Come Explore the Wonders of Outer Space (Ages 6-8)
Learn fun facts about astronauts, the constellations, the planets, the moon and our solar system. Make your own constellations, alien spaceship, moon painting and much more. The week will end with a trip to OCC's planetarium! Lots of projects and a world of fun await!
Explore your hidden talents through creative writing! Develop your writing through short stories, poetry, prosen or personal narratives. Share your works in class and take home a newfound confidence in your writing abilities. The only requirements are a notebook, pencil, and an imagination.
Exploring The Mystery of Electronics (Ages 11-14)
Learn more about electronics by building buzzers and switches; predicting and measuring voltage, resistance and current. Use different measurement methods and devices to check their accuracy.
Magic School Bus (Grades K-3)
Dive under the sea to explore all of its sea life, rocket into outer space to visit the solar system and planets, explore inside the human body and see how it works, visit the rainforests, the savanna of Africa and more!
Reading for Beginners (Grades 1-2)
This class is designed for students who have completed kindergarten and are entering the first grade. We will review letter sounds, blending words, and sight words in a game-like way. Children will enjoy the amazing stories, and spark an interest and love for reading.
Super Summer Reading (Grades K-2)
Read stories aloud, make an art project, and do a creative writing activity. Practice comprehension skills, reading fluency, and become more confident readers.
Summer Reading Success (Grades 9-12)
Wouldn't you like to return to school with some good grades to start off your year right? Bring your summer reading book and assignments to OCC to get some guidance and find success with your summer reading!
SAT Prep Course
Prepare for ALL facets of the current SAT (October 2015-January 2016 tests). Learn to write a winning essay! The investment made in seriously preparing for the SAT is worth it. Higher scores translate into better colleges and improved standing for scholarships and recognition. Your instructor, Mr. Polke, is a Magna Cum Laude from Yale University and has a law degree from Harvard.
Singapore Math Camp
Singapore Math is a strong curriculum that has helped students enhance their problem-solving skills and deepen their understanding of math funamentals. Hands-on lessons with technology will help you visualize problems and make abstract concepts more concrete. Pre- and post-testing will give each student a benchmark and growth measurement over the week.
Super Science: Make It & Take It (Ages 7-9)
Discover the excitement of science and make a variety of toys designed to illustrate science concepts that make learning fun. Make your own working telescope as you learn about the optics of light. Construct and electromagnet and a working electric motor. Build an adjustable, ball-launching catapult that changes the trajectory of a flinging projectile. Create a working model of Hero Alexandria's fountain or a vortex tornado in a bottle. Make ultra-violet bead bracelets, a working compass, submarine divers, and more. Projects will vary by age level and instructions will be taught more in-depth for older students.
Let's Enjoy Piano: Beginners (Ages 11-14)
Learn skills for chord pattern recognititon to make music note reading easier. Instruction book required: Let's Enjoy Piano can be purchased at the OCC Bookstore. Portable keyboards welcomed.
Let's Enjoy Rock Drum Set (Ages 11-14)
A creative introduction to the "fun"damental rudiments of drumming and how to apply them to a Rock Drum Set. Learn basic drum note reading, the drum roll, various single stroke rolls and foot-hand coordination to create "Beats" and play to recorded songs in class! You must bring drum sticks and a drum pad. You will play on a professional drum set the last week of class.
Let's Enjoy Guitar: Beginners (Ages 11-14)
An introduction to the "fun"damentals of guitar: strumming chords, recognizing fret diagrams, picking melody notes and much more. Learn from sheet music of well-known songs. Students need to bring their own guitar.
Music/Voice Production Camp (Ages 11-14)
Designed by a Grammy award-winning music producer and two-time Parent's Choice gold winner, this one-of-a-kind camp offers you an actual recording studio experience by introducing you to the amazing world of the music industry. Have a blast developing your skills in songwriting, music recording, voice-overs and audio equipment operation and record your own song live!
Aviation Club: Come Soar With Us! (Ages 8-13)
Discover flight! Build helicopters, gliders & ornithopters. Build them from scratch, fly them and keep them. Have lots of fun building balsa wood airplanes that really fly!
Blood, Bones & Guts
Discover the anatomy of the world's most complicated system: the human body! In this program, find out what it's like to journey through the human body. Explore the science behind blood, bones, how the brain works, and more. Test for blood types, make a model of the human lungs, build a simple stethoscope, make a map of their tongue, perform simulated heart and brain surgery, plus more!
Get ready for a fun-filled "magical" laboratory experience, Harry Potter style. Enjoy making Flubber, Silly Putty, Super Hi-Bounce balls, and more. Have fun making a carbon dioxide "bomb" bag, light inside of a glow bottle, a mushroom monster, play dough, Glowing Goo, and even a tie-dye shirt. We will create atomic worm polymers and lava lamp-like blobs. We will also demonstrate the Big Bang Cannon, diet Coke and Mentos Geyser, Magic Genie in the Bottle, and more. You will take home a mini-chemistry kit & recipe booklet.
Crime Scene Investigation (CSI) (Ages 9-12)
Become a Super Science Sleuth! Learn about forensics, crime scene investigations, and crime lab chemistry as you perform experiments designed to show you just how those tricky cases are solved. Search for evidence, gather clues, and discover how science can help solve a mystery! Dust for and classify fingerprints, analyze hand writing, test for blood type and DNA using simulated blood, and use "Glow Blood" to see where humans can't see. Examine hair and clothing fibers, practice chemistry to identify mystery substances, and much more.
Diggin' for Dinosaurs, Rockin' Rocks & Crystal Creations
Discover the exciting science of archaeology and paleontology as you excavate and assemble complete skeletal replicas from simulated "fossilized" rock. Dig for T-Rex, Triceratops, Stegosaurus, Velociraptors, Brachiosaurus, and more! Make fossilized plaster replicas of dinosaur teeth, claws, trilobites, and ancient sea creatures. Sort, classify, and take home a variety of fossilized shark teeth. Unearth some fascinating facts about rocks, minerals, and crystals. Break open geodes and discover crystals inside.
Enter into the world of electronics with hair-raising demostrations. Work with batteries, bulbs, buzzers, and a wide variety of electronic components. Use Mr. Circuit and the Snap Circuits building system to put together a a wide array of electronic circuits. Build a working electric motor, electroplate real coins, electromagnet, alarms, space gun, and more.
Physics, Flight, & Rocketry
Blast off into a fun-filled week of flight, rocketry, and physics as you build and launch scale model rockets, planes, and other flying gadgets. Build balloon vehicles, solar cars, experiment with robotic flying insects, and much more. Learn the physics behind flight in a fun-filled, hands-on environment. You will take home a rocket and other projects made during the week.
World of Model Rockets (Ages 7-12)
Learn about NASA's Space Program and build your own rockets. Calculate how high they go before launch. Promises to be a fun-filled space adventure!
Tomorrow's Lemonade Stand (Ages 7-11)
Tomorrow's Lemonade Stand is a kid-run company that teaches children how to become entrepreneurs at a young age. We call them mini-preneurs. Coed Viking Basketball (Ages 7-15)
This intensive one-week session will focus on individual skills and team concepts (shooting, defense, one-on-one moves, ball handling). Local high school & college coaches will conduct the program. You should bring a lunch, water, a lock for your locker, and a swimsuit for the OCC pool. A Red Cross-certified lifeguard will be on duty during pool time.
Cheerleading (Grades K-4)
Taught by NJ certified coaches, you will learn full routines with a pep rally finale to show off your new skills. Class is for the non-experienced.
Cross Country Running Camp (Ages 11-14)
Come and learn about the sport of cross country track, as well as the funamentals of stretching and strenghening to help with injury prevention and speed improvement.
Beginner Junior Golf Camp (Ages 6-15)
Designed for the beginning to intermediate junior golfer. Juniors are organized into groups according to age and skill level. Learn rules, etiquette, and more. Each junoir will receive a t-shirt and a rule book. Golf clubs will be provided for junoirs who need them.
Junior Golf Class
Learn golf terminology, rules, and etiquette. Basic fundamentals of the game, including the grip, step-up, stance, and posture will be covered. Golf clubs are provided for juniors who do not have clubs.
Varsity Junior Golf Camp (Ages 6-15)
Designed for the intermediate to advanced junior golfer. This camp is structured to combine skills sessions with on-course playing time. Each junior will recieve a t-shirt and a rule book.
Lacrosse Clinic for Boys (Ages 8-15)
Learn stick handling, shooting, passing, and proper defending. You will be taught offensive and defensive strategies. Bring sneakers or turf shoes, (no metal cleats), stick, helmet, gloves, pads for shoulders & arms. Instructor will provided all other equipment.
Kiddie Kick First Touch Soccer
A great introduction to soccer through fun-filled, skill developing activities and exciting small-sided games. Shin guards and soccer cleats required.
Soccer Clinic (Ages 7-15)
Our program provides the finest instruction and demostration of fundamental and advanced soccer skills at all postitions. Bring cleats or turf shoes (no metal cleats allowed), sneakers, shin guards, a lock for your locker, water bottle, a swimsuit, and towel for the OCC pool. Bring lunch or purchase in our cafeteria.
Soccer: Ball Mastery Clinic (Ages 8-15)
You will be instructed through a foot skills progression, which will increase complexity and speed and provide you with hundreds of touches on the ball each session. Develop quickness, comfort, and confidence on the ball; improving your game. Rigorous ball mastery training will take place followed by small sided games. Bring sneakers or turf shoes (no metal cleats), shin guards, a lock for your locker, and a water bottle.
Soccer: Goal Keeper Clinic (Ages 8-15)
This course will focus on teaching critical techniques such as handling and corner kicks along with related fitness, core strengthening, and plyometrics. Ideal for goalkeepers who already have a solid foundation and wish to improve their technique. Bring sneakers or turf shoes (no metal cleats), shin guards, a lock for your locker, and a water bottle.
Hammer Surf School for Beginners (Ages 7-16)
Learn to surf with Professional surfer Sam Hammer and his team. Learn the basic surfing fundamentals and a general understanding of the way the ocean works. You will learn how to paddle and stand properly, surfing etiquette, how to fall, and an understanding of surf and ocean conditions. Student to staff ratio is 4:1. You will be broken into groups based on your skill level. You will be given a time schedule of classes since times vary based on tides. We provide surfboards if you don't have one.
Children's Swim & Water Sports (Ages 7-12)
Have fun and improve your swimming skills at the same time. You will get swim instruction, play water sports and games in the pool. Instructors will adapt sports and games for age-appropriate groups.
Beginner Tennis (Ages 8-15)
Learn the fundamentals of proper grips, body position and more. Work on rules, etiquette and score keeping. Pratice technical skills of hand-eye coordination, drills, ground strokes and the serve. Bring a tennis racket, white sole sneakers, sunblock, a drink,and a hat.
Intermediate Tennis (Ages 8-17)
For individuals eight years of age and older, who have taken a beginner tennis course. Repetitive drills for return of service, volly, lob, approach shots, and more will be emphasized. Time will be devoted to strategy and competitive games in which fundamental strokes and drills are put into play. Bring a tennis racket, white sole sneakers, hat, sun block, and a drink.
All Day Camp Fun (Ages 7-13)
Enjoy a fun-filled week at Ocean County College including a swim in our pool and a trip to our planetarium! A half day trip will be included during the week. Bring your lunch and purchase at our cafeteria. A water bottle is suggested for walks. Some outdoor and indoor fun will be included. Campers will be split according to age group. Age-appropriate activities will include different areas of learning such as science, math, reading, computers, and more.
