This course offers students the opportunity to apply the academic knowledge gained from the classroom to a work environment. By completing internships students will be involved in emerging workplace trends and enhance their employability. Internships will be directly related to career goals in the areas of Technology and Engineering. Students wishing to transfer their internship credits to a four-year baccalaureate program should consult the college or university to which they wish to transfer. Prerequisite: Applicants must comply with the Ocean County College Internship Guidelines and complete an Internship Application. Applicants must also have an overall GPA of 2.5.
