Coach Leschinski enters his first season as head coach of the Ocean County College women's soccer team. With over 15 years experience coaching and training in Ocean County, Coach Leschinski has helped develop several regional and national level players. At the club level he was instrumental in founding Toms River FC, one of the largest clubs in the state of N.J. as well as Toms River based PDA Shore. The Players Development Academy (PDA) is one of the top girls clubs in the nation.

Coach Leschinski is also the head coach of the PDA United 96/97. With the United, he has won 2 NJYS State Championships (2013, 2014), a Region 1 Championship in 2013 and was a Region 1 Finalist in 2014. In 2013 the United was one of eight teams who competed for a National Championship in Overland Park, KS.

A graduate and 4 year varsity letter winner from Point Pleasant Borough High School, Coach Leschinski went on to earn a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Rowan University in 1994.

Coach Cole has a wealth of coaching and playing experience.  As a former goalkeeper at The College of New Jersey, she went on to earn her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. 

Coach Cole worked as the Assistant Girl's Soccer Coach for the New Jersey Olympic Development Program from 1994 to 1996.  During that time she took on the job as the Assistant Coach at Ocean County College.  She then moved on from OCC and accepted a position as the Assistant Coach of the New Jersey Wildcats semi-professional WISL team from 1996 to 1997.  From 1997 to 2000 she served as the Assistant Coach at Division I Long Island University.

In 2000 Coach Cole earned her Masters Degree from the College of New Jersey in Teaching and in 2002 she earned N.J. Teacher of the Handicapped Certification from Rutgers University.  In recent years Coach Cole has stayed active as a Goalkeeper Trainer and Youth Coach in the Twin County Soccer Club.

Coach Cole brings a great passion for the game.  Her over 20 years of coaching experience at all levels and knowledge of goalkeeping will serve the Vikings well.
