How Do I Pay for My Classes?

Student bills will include tuition and college/student/technology fees.  It may also include additional course, lab and E-learning/online fees.

Payment, or enrollment in a payment plan, is due within 24 hours of registration.

Payment may be made with cash, check, or credit card.

A payment plan is available.  Students should consider setting up a payment plan if they are waiting for Financial Aid to be processed.

Students can visit the OCC Financial Aid web pages for general information, deadlines, and for instructions on filing the FAFSA.

Students may pay their bill at the Cashier’s Office on the 2nd floor of the Administration Building, by calling 732.255.0324 or online using Ocean Connect.

Please read the Refund Policy. OCC's Refund Policy requires that courses be dropped prior to the first official date of the semester in order to receive a 100% refund. View the Academic Calendar for semester information.


Outstanding bills/payment to any college department must be resolved prior to registration. Students cannot register if they have outstanding debt.
