DESCRIPTION:Juneteenth marks the end of slavery in the United States. Officially recognized as a federal holiday in 2021\, it is a time to honor African American history\, resilience\, and joy through storytelling\, culture\, and community. The Ocean County College Committee for Access & Belonging (CAB)’s Cultural Heritage Subcommittee invites students\, staff\, faculty\, and the larger community to a day of celebration on Thursday\, June 18\, 2026\, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.\, featuring music\, local vendors\, food\, fun\, and resources.
