Kelly talks about steps she made to seek treatment and journey to recovery. She hopes to help other young people cope positively with their internal thoughts\, making sure they reflect the unconditional love that is in the world. \nMinding Your Mind’s primary objective is to provide mental health education to adolescents\, teens\, young adults\, parents\, teachers\, and school administrators. Our goal is to reduce the stigma and destructive behaviors often associated with mental health issues. \nFunding is provided by the OCC Foundation in support of the Garrett Lee Smith Suicide Prevention Grant Program. \nThis program is free and open to the public.
