TOMS RIVER, NJ – The Jay and Linda Grunin Center for the Arts welcomes world-renowned jazz pianist and vocalist Champian Fulton back to the Main Stage at 3 p.m. on October 9. The performance is part of the Grunin Center’s popular Jazz on a Sunday Afternoon series.

An internationally acclaimed musician with 14 recordings to her credit, Fulton has performed with musical royalty such as Lou Donaldson, Frank Wess, Scott Hamilton, Buster Williams and Louis Hayes. From North America to Europe, Africa to Australia, her swinging style and charismatic performances have made her a guardian of the legacy of jazz.

Come hear why writer Mark Stryker of the Detroit Free Press once called Fulton “the most gifted pure jazz singer of her generation.”

Tickets are $24 for adults/$20 for seniors and can be purchased online at grunincenter.org or by calling the Grunin Center Box Office at 732-255-0500. The Grunin Center is located on the main campus of Ocean County College in Toms River, New Jersey.

Jazz on a Sunday Afternoon is made possible, in part, through the support of the Wintrode Family Foundation.

New Jersey Jazz Society is a proud supporter of this event.
