The Campus Recovery Network

The Recovery Support Program at OCC is now online via Canvas! Students can self-enroll in “The Campus Recovery Network” for information, resources, virtual support meetings, personal recovery coaching, online discussions and more! The link to self-enroll:

Relax and Recharge

Learn new ways to relax, reduce stress, and increase focus! Come, check it out, and give it a try! Join us on Thursdays (1/28 through 5/13) at 11:00 am – 11:30 am on WebEx. *No session during Spring Break

QPR- Question, Persuade and Refer

QPR is a simple 3 step process to help save a life from suicide. With suicide being a leading cause of death and current global circumstances increasing stress for many, it is our goal to ensure our entire campus community is able to both recognize the warning signs that a person may be experiencing a mental health crisis, and is prepared to help.

Join us on Wednesday, February 10 or Tuesday, March 9 from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm via Zoom.

Wellness Workshops

*Join us the first Tuesday of every month from 11:00 am – 12:00 pm in the Library (Bldg. #3), room 017 for a workshop focused on mental health and wellness!

Each month will be centered on a different theme, and will provide education, support and resources in a welcoming group setting.
