- OCC Jazz band performance at Ocean County Library
- Performed as opening act for professional band Emily Ascher in Grunin Center For The Arts @ “Mid-Week Jazz
- Jazz band recorded its own CD (tracks are accessible on Youtube and Soundcloud.com)
- The band is the subject of the ‘Spotlight’ article “Jazzing Things Up @ OCC” in the OCC alumni magazine, Ocean Views, June 2014 (Fiftieth Anniversary Issue)

Jazz Band Alumni Statements
The OCC jazz band really taught me a lot about not just jazz in general, but also how to improvise, and helped me incredibly as a musician and person. The band members I was with I could easily consider to be family to me, and we all grew a lot both musically and with ourselves, which says a lot for a community college jazz band.
