Caitlin Hensley and Kathleen, Branch Managers of Flagstar Bank with over 10 years of finance experience, will present ways to avoid telephone and internet scams. Scam artists on the telephone use lies, deception, and fear tactics. We will discuss many of the different scams such as: grandparent scam, IRS scam, Lottery & Sweepstakes scam, phantom debt collections etc.
