TOMS RIVER, N.J. — Guitarist Adam Moezinia will perform at the Grunin Center for the Arts at Ocean County College on Sunday, March 22, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. The event is part of the Grunin Center’s Jazz on a Sunday Afternoon concert series.
Moezinia will bring his Standards Trio to the Gia Maione Prima Foundation Studio Theatre for a Sunday afternoon of American Songbook classics, featuring fresh arrangements of timeless compositions by George Gershwin, Cole Porter, Richard Rodgers and more.
A Los Angeles native, Moezinia moved to New York City in 2010 to study at The Juilliard School, where he received his graduate degree in Jazz Studies. A straight-ahead jazz guitarist rooted in the traditions of swing, blues and the great American Songbook, he has played alongside luminaries such as Freddie Cole, Cecile McLorin Salvant, and Wynton Marsalis, and performed at venues including the Blue Note, Birdland, and Jazz at Lincoln Center.
Tickets are $28/adults, $24/seniors and $16/students and can be purchased online at grunincenter.org or by calling the Grunin Center Box Office at 732-255-0500.
Jazz on a Sunday Afternoon is made possible through funding from the Wintrode Family Foundation, the Ocean County College Foundation, and support from the New Jersey Jazz Society.
