Fine Arts at OCC comes with terrific energy and excellent studios. We focus on group discussion, feedback and encouragement so that your skills & ideas can help push others, and theirs can challenge you. You’ll be making a lot of work, so thinking quickly, solving problems and developing techniques become second nature – the more you work, the better it gets.​

What You Will Learn

You’ll learn fundamental skills about value, color, composition and mark making. You’ll also learn to think quickly and creatively, identifying typical solutions and moving past them to create more dynamic and compelling imagery. You’ll also become comfortable assession your efforts honestly so that you know when to rest easy, and when you can improve your work.​
