Upon earning your certificate at OCC, you’ll have the essential skills needed to pursue further education or enter roles in a variety of fields, including education, administration, customer service, and community-based organizations.
Certificate
Earn a 30-credit certificate that builds core skills in communication, critical thinking, and professionalism. Designed for transfer or career readiness, this program aligns with NACE Career Competencies.
Career Opportunities
This certificate prepares you for entry-level roles that value strong soft skills, such as administrative support, customer service, or program coordination. It also supports transfer into associate or bachelor’s programs.
Future Options
After completing the certificate, you can continue into an AA or AS degree or pursue career development through experience, additional study, or future certifications.
