The student will be given an opportunity to develop proficiency in advanced karate techniques including combinations using hands, feet, elbows, and knees. The student will practice these combinations in target impact sessions to develop form, power, balance and delivery distance. The course will explore advanced katas ( sparring form exercises) and apply these techniques in semi-free sparring. This class will develop not only the student's physical skills, but will positively aid self-confidence and self-image while proving a lifetime activity of proven aerobic and cardio respiratory value.
