Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among adults. This course will also cover how to interact with a person in crisis and connect a person with help.
This is a blended course that includes a 2-hour, self-paced online course to be completed by Monday, 8/10 before the in-person Instructor-led training on Wednesday, 8/12.
