Presented by Hilary Krosney-Rediker, LPC, LCADC, ACS, CCS Director of Adult Outpatient Counseling at Preferred Behavioral Health. A safe and supportive space where we will learn how past trauma can affect our thoughts, feelings, and bodies—and how we can heal and grow from those experiences. This group meets once a week for four sessions in Building 8 (Larson Center), room 202.

4 part series (must attend all 4 parts)

Dates: Tuesdays January 6, 13, 20, 27

Place: Ocean County College, 1 College Drive, Toms River
