Ticketing
- Special promotions and discounts are valid on new ticket purchases only. They are not valid on previously purchased tickets and there are no price adjustments after a sale.
- We strongly recommend that you purchase tickets online, as tickets may not be available onsite.

Exchange and Refund Policy
All sales are final, there are no refunds or exchanges on ticket sales.
Safety Policies
- Masks are not required, but we are a “mask friendly” facility and all those who wish to wear a mask may do so.
Additional Policies
- Inclement weather happens. However, performances are rarely canceled due to rain or wind. Snow cancelations may occur if Ocean County College closes the campus. Should a weather-related cancelation occur, active ticket holders will be notified via email and/or phone, and updates will be posted to our website and social media. Rescheduling events and refunds for cancelations will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
