With the OCC–Stockton 3+1 program, you can complete three years at Ocean County College at OCC’s affordable tuition, then transfer to Stockton University for your final year to finish your bachelor’s degree — saving over $10,000 compared to the traditional route.

Here’s how it works:

• First and second years: Complete your associate degree at OCC in your chosen field.
• Third year (junior year): Stay at OCC and pay OCC’s low tuition instead of university rates —resulting in significant savings of over $10,000 on your bachelor’s degree.
• Fourth year (senior year): Transfer seamlessly to Stockton University to complete your bachelor’s degree.
