3+1 Bachelor’s Degree Program – Save More and Take Up to 90-credits with you!
With the OCC–Stockton 3+1 program, you can complete three years at Ocean County College at OCC’s affordable tuition, then transfer to Stockton University for your final year to finish your bachelor’s degree — saving over $10,000 compared to the traditional route.
Here’s how it works:
- First and second years: Complete your associate degree at OCC in your chosen field.
- Third year (junior year): Stay at OCC and pay OCC’s low tuition instead of university rates —resulting in significant savings of over $10,000 on your bachelor’s degree.
- Fourth year (senior year): Transfer seamlessly to Stockton University to complete your bachelor’s degree.

2+2 Pathway to Your Bachelor’s – Affordable and Seamless Transfer
The 2+2 pathway allows students to complete their first two years at Ocean County College, earning an Associate degree, and then seamlessly transfer to Stockton University to finish the final two years of their bachelor’s degree.

Eligibility
OCC students looking to enter the program must meet the following eligibility:
- Students must be enrolled in or completed a degree program at OCC with a GPA of 2.0 or above.
- The Student must have maintained good academic, behavioral, and financial standing.
- Specific coursework will be required to obtain the Associate & Bachelor’s degree.

Application Deadlines
- Start your application anytime — Stockton’s rolling admissions makes it easy
- Students are encouraged to apply in February for a fall start, and September for Spring start
Learning Formats
- OCC students can take coursework in-person, online, or HyFlex (when available)
- Stockton coursework will be in person at the Stockton Campus
