Minding Your Mind
On Wednesday, 3/25/26 from 11:00am-12:00pm – Join the Counseling Center in the Instructional Building #5, (room 114), for Minding Your Mind, featuring Kelly, an advocate and survivor. Kelly will share her story of navigating anxiety, depression, an eating disorder, and substance use, and the steps she took toward treatment and recovery.

“Pawse” and Play with puppies!
Take a break from the semester and “pawse” and play with puppies! Join the Counseling Center, Doggy Noses & Yoga Poses, and a New Jersey animal rescue for a fun and relaxing session.

QPR Gatekeeper Training
Join the Counseling Center for QPR Gatekeeper Training. This evidence-based training will teach you how to recognize the warning signs of suicide, reduce stigma, offer hope, and connect individuals to help. Anyone can be a Gatekeeper, including parents, teachers, students, healthcare workers, first responders, and you.

Time: 2:00 p.m. – 3:15 p.m.

Sexual Assault Awareness Month
On Tuesday, April 21st, beginning at 10:00am
Join us for a meaningful day of education, reflection, and community in recognition of Sexual Assault Awareness Month. The program will also include a tabling session with community partners to share information and resources, a panel discussion, and Take Back the Time, a tribute affirming everyone’s right to feel safe and supported, featuring survivor stories.
