Puppy Yoga
On February 12th at 11:00 a.m., unwind with Puppy Yoga in the Health and Human Performance Center (Building 29, Room 130). Hosted in collaboration with the Counseling Center, Doggy Noses and Yoga Poses, and a local animal rescue, this relaxing wellness event will combine gentle yoga with the joy of cuddling adoptable rescue puppies. Mental Health First Aid
On February 20th from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Location: Bartlett Bldg. #2, Room 203
Join us for a Mental Health First Aid training! Learn how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges in adults. You’ll also learn how to support someone in crisis and connect them with the right help. This course includes a 2-hour, self-paced online session that must be completed before attending the in-person, instructor-led training. To RSVP, email counselingservices@ocean.edu.

Minding Your Mind
On February 25th at 11:00 a.m. – Join the Counseling Center in the Library (Building 3, Room 123) for Minding Your Mind, featuring Kelly, an advocate and survivor. Kelly will share her story of navigating anxiety, depression, an eating disorder, and substance use, and the steps she took toward treatment and recovery.
