Ocean County College offers many events on campus to help you navigate the transfer process and decide which college is best for you. These events include, Information Sessions, Workshops, Instant Decision and college visits to find out how your credits will transfer, meet representatives and more.
TRANSFER WORKSHOPS
Step One: General Transfer WorkshopS
Students are required to attend a workshop prior to meeting with a Transfer Advisor. At the General Transfer Workshop, students will learn how:
- to plan for a successful transfer
- to utilize NJ Transfer
- to use college websites to gather information
- to select a major that aligns with transfer and career goals
Step Two: Transfer Group advising workshopS
Still have transfer questions? After attending a General Transfer Workshop, join transfer advisors for a group advising session where you will get answers to your specific application questions and review your credits for transfer.
