|Social Media Stratedy – Prequisite For Facebook And Linkedin (4hrs)
Students need first to gain a solid understanding of how to develop a social media strategy to help meet their marketing goals, and learn how to enhance a social media presence to build customer relationships and drive sales. In this prerequisite first session students will identify their target audience(s), understand their customers’ needs, and the risk and rewards of social media. They will also learn how to articulate their brand with key messages, and identify the social media platforms best suited for your business.
Facebook Business To Consumer Marketing (4hrs)
Prerequisite: Social Media Strategy - Learn best practices for content development and how to use an editorial calendar and technology to streamline the posting process. Students will learn how to boost their presence on News Feeds with Facebook ads and explore Facebook Live by creating a short video. (Smartphone – iPhone or Android – Needed at Class) Finally, learn how to measure effectiveness with Facebook Insights.
LinkedIn Business to Business Marketing (4hrs)
Prerequisite: Social Media Strategy - Learn how to build and leverage your LinkedIn Company page to grow your business, and engage your customers and prospects. Discover how to promote your page through various marketing channels and targeted Follow ads. Learn best practices for content management so that you will effectively interact with your target audience. Students learn how to develop an editorial calendar and use technology to streamline the posting process and how to continue to build a digital presence with Sponsored Content to raise awareness and generate sales leads. Students will have an opportunity to create a short video to promote their business on LinkedIn. (Smartphone – iPhone or Android – Needed at Class) Finally, students learn how to track engagement, follower growth and trends using Company Page analytics.
