The OCC Testing Center is open for on-campus testing.

TESTING CENTER AT OCEAN COUNTY COLLEGE
The Testing Center administers campus specific exams to current and prospective students as well as distance learning exams, and national standardized tests for the community at large. Many of these tests are available for either in-person or remote testing.

Optional Placement Testing
Placement testing is no longer required to enroll in basic, 100-level English and mathematics courses. However, we still offer the Accuplacer test for anyone who chooses to take it for these courses.

High School Equivalency Assessment (HSEA)
Successfully complete this test to qualify for a High School Diploma issued by The State of New Jersey Department of Education. Formerly known as the GED.

TEAS (Test of Essential Academic Skills) for the Nursing Programs & TEAS Procedures
Guidelines for this test are set forth by the School of Nursing. Anyone who wants to enroll in the ADN Nursing program at OCC must take and pass the ATI TEAS test at OCC or take the ATI Remote Proctor-Nursing test through ATI Testing. Current OCC students need a passing score on the TEAS test in order to receive a date of completion.
